te ’pi sandarsanam saureh

Translation:
Thus addressed, the messenger departed and accurately relayed the Lord’s message to the kings. Eager for freedom, they then waited expectantly for their meeting with Lord Krsna.
Purport:
The great Vaisnava scholar Srila Jiva Gosvami comments here that by force of circumstances the kings began focusing their attention on Lord Krsna alone.
