Translation by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada:

In Treta-yuga the Lord is glorified by the names Visnu, Yajña, Prsnigarbha, Sarvadeva, Urukrama, Vrsakapi, Jayanta and Urugaya.

Purport by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada:

Prsnigarbha refers to Krsna’s incarnation as the son of Prsnidevi and Prajapati Sutapa. Vrsakapi indicates that if the living entities simply remember the Lord, He is inclined to shower all benedictions upon them, thus satisfying their desires and removing their miseries. Since the Lord is always victorious, He is called Jayanta.
