Translation:

By My grace these six — Smara, Udgitha, Parisvanga, Patanga, Ksudrabhrt and Ghrni — will return to the abode of pure saints.

Purport:

These are the names the six children first had when they were sons of Marici. The oldest, Smara, was called Kirtiman when born again to Vasudeva, as recorded in the Srimad-Bhagavatam (10.1.57):

kirtimantam prathama-jam
 kamsayanakadundubhih
arpayam asa krcchrena
 so ’nrtad ati-vihvalah

“Vasudeva was very much disturbed by the fear of becoming a liar by breaking his promise. Thus with great pain he delivered his firstborn son, named Kirtiman, into the hands of Kamsa.”
