banasya bhagavan bhavah
bhaktanakampy upavrajya
cakrayudham abhasata
Translation:
Lord Siva felt compassion for his devotee Banasura, whose arms were being cut off, and thus he approached Lord Cakrayudha [Krsna] and spoke to Him as follows.
