sri-suka uvaca
tam aha bhagavan hrstah
krtasana-parigrahah
megha-gambhiraya vaca
sa-smitam kuru-nandana
Translation:
Sukadeva Gosvami said: O beloved descendant of Kuru, the Supreme Lord was pleased, and after accepting a comfortable seat He smiled and addressed the King in a voice as deep as the rumbling of a cloud.
